Chibuku Super Cup top goal scorer, Bruno Mtigo

Chibuku Super Cup top goal scorer, Bruno Mtigo

By Staff Writer

The mercurial Denver Mukamba’s strike in the Chibuku Super Cup quarter-final against Chicken Inn means he heads into the semis level with proven goal scorers Ishmael Wadi, William Manondo and Rodwell Chinyengetere on four goals, two shy of Ngezi’s Bruno Mtigo.

Mtigo tops the goal-scoring charts with six goals but with a possible two rounds of the tournament to go, any of Mukamba, Chinyengetere or Manondo could best him. Wadii is no longer in the running having these shores for South Africa where he is enjoying his time in the sun with South Africa’s GladAfrica Championship side JDR Stars.
